Boo Berry “Razzle Boo Blitz” Flavored Fruit By The Foot.

Your favorite monster cereal, now mashed into a foot-long roll of fruit substance. Mmmm Mmmm good!

I've had a bunch o' people email me about these "new" Boo Berry flavored Fruit by the Foot snacks. Contrary to popular belief, these have actually been out for several years now, but this is the first time I've been able to find them in a store... and it's apparently because I was looking in the wrong place all along. Boo Berry is the last thing you would expect to find in a CVS, but there he was in all his spooky splendor on a box of Fruit by the Foot "Razzle Boo Blitz" flavored fruit snacks. It's also not exactly the kind of product you'd expect to see Boo Berry on either, but at least they didn't try to shoehorn Count Chocula into their fruit snack line (not that I wouldn't try it if they did).

Anyway, the packaging looks just like this year's Boo Berry cereal box (which sadly comes with no extra goodies), and each Fruit by the Foot snack is nicely wrapped in Boo Berry themed foil. Sounds pretty good right? There's only one small problem with all of this... (more...)

Looking For A Halloween Costume? Look No More.

I *NEED* THIS COSTUME.

It's as if somebody spilled toxic waste all over a boy standing on a shag carpet and this hideous mutant was the resulting tragedy. Well, since I'm sure there's no chance in hell that any of these amazing masks and mitten sets are around anymore, I for one have full intentions of making a replica of them myself. I suggest you all do the same as soon as possible. I want this costume. I want to be a shag sasquatch. I want to run through the streets and howl into the moonlight like a ferociously furry madman. Re’s Halloween Treats For The Domestically Challenged.

Over the last month, Re has been making some Halloween treats at random for the two of us to devour, so I thought I would give her this opportunity to share some of her spooky creations with all of you. Take it away Re!

Your Halloween treats will never look this professional.

Martha Stewart and her ilk think they are better than me. And they're right of course. Come Halloween I stare in awe at their magazines near the checkout counter with their glossy "Halloween Treats" covers. They look so delicious and beautiful, almost too good to eat! Well, unfortunately for me, I'm as far from a domestic diva as it gets. I recall the first time Rog's family asked me to make something for a Thanksgiving dinner... it was the last time as well. I attempted to make a cheesecake, and it came out more like poop soup. (more...)
