Hey Rog, ever think of grabbing a Wii Fit instead of going to the gym? I've heard from a few gym dropouts that it's great for holding your interest in working out and actually becomes part of your daily routine after a while; so much so that if you don't use it for a day, you actually feel like something is missing from your day.

I-Bobbery: Those "wood bees" are Velvet Ants. They're nasty as hell when pissed off, but if you want to drive them away, there's a simple method that doesn't involve poisons.

Get a fire-pot or something, and burn leaves so that smoke rises up to their intended nesting location. The smoke will make them abandon the area.

Thanks to those of you who are sayin' nice things about Pixel Pals, glad you're happy to see the return of the comic. I finished another one last night that I'll have up in a bit.

Burn, hmm, I haven't heard o' that one, but I'll check into it as I still have my old PS1 system hooked up actually (primarily for when I get the random urge to play "Loaded" or "Battle Arena Toshinden"). Thanks for the suggestion.

Silver, yeah I guess you missed some of those older blog posts, but I took martial arts for years (Tae Kwon Do, black belt) and absolutely loved it. I'm hoping to start taking up another martial art when I have the chance out here, because it's a hell of a lot more fun than the gym... but I don't think it's the best way to beef up heheh. Great for cardio 'n flexibility though.

bountyhunterseven, maybe you didn't watch the entire video? A lot of them were swimming on the top and bottom during most of the video, but then towards the end, most of them swarmed and swirled around the center. Watch it again and you'll see. Dance my little monkeys, dance!

Sandy, first working out at a gym, now playing DDR? Wow... those Hobbits sure do know how to modernize themselves quickly, eh?

KrytenSyxx, you betcha, thanks again for sending 'em to me. Hopefully I can keep 'em alive for at least another year or longer. I know a place nearby that sells extra Sea Monkey eggs too. I prefer mine scrambled. *rimshot*

I've been trying to figure out some way to work at home for the past 5 years now. Apparently as an accountant you need to be available. Whatever I'll just quit one day cause all I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.
