Title: Tales of Phantasia
Rom Player: ZSNES
Reviewer: ItalianStereotype

Synopsis: A very rare find in this day and age, Tales of Phantasia makes Final Fantasy look like a dirty whore. It can easily be said that this is the best RPG, if not the best overall game, on the SNES. The graphics are incredible for a SNES game, completely revolutionary. The story is involving on every level, but still manages to remain simple enough for anyone to follow. You play Cless and along with Chester Barklight, Mint Adnade, Klarth Lester, and Arche Klaine you must chase Dhaos, the super-duper evil being across time and the earth. The only place this game really goes wrong is in some of the control. For example, during battle the only person you can control is Cless, the main character. The fighting is real time, not turn based, so you can't cancel actions once you have made them. This doesn't detract from the game at all, however, and you won't notice them at all. This game is revolutionary in so many ways and you absolutely cannot go wrong with this game. I won't reveal more about the game; I will leave the rest of it to you, my ass slaves. This is definitely my favorite game on the SNES and my 2nd favorite game of all time. If you find this game, get it and don't let go.
