Title: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
Author:Taito America Corp.

Synopsis: If youíve seen The Last Crusade (If you havenít, why the hell not?), then you know the plot to this game. From what Iíve seen, there are actually two NES games that bear the title Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, this one, and another that is the NES equivalent of the Genesis version. This one is, quite simply, a collection of mini games in which you try to accomplish various things in the movie. I was really surprised to learn that the game follows the movie plot very closely; one mini game where you flee on motorcycle after stealing back the diary from the Nazis could actually be avoided if you didnít fail at another mini game. I was confused, however, because it is possible to proceed directly to the get the Holy Grail almost right off the bat without having to do many of the other mini games. The mini games consist of three platform fighting-style games, one slider puzzle, one vertical-scrolling motorcycle game, one birdís eye mazelike game, and one where you have to identify the correct Holy Grail. Each mini game also has itís own music, many songs of which are awesome remixes of orchestra songs from the movie. Also, each mini game has very pretty nice graphics for a game made ten years ago. Unfortunately, there is no difficulty setting, and there are only a small number of mini games. Still, they are fun and I often find myself coming back to play them anyway.
