Title: Double Dragon
Author:Taito and Ballistic
Rom Player: Gens
Reviewer: Randy Johnson

Synopsis: I traded for the Genesis version of Double Dragon in May of 1994. The arcade version was made by Taito. This version was made by Ballistic. Double Dragon was the easiest game for the Sega Genesis. I beat it the very first time I played it. It let you choose between 2-6 lives per game and 2-6 continues.
I also own Double Dragon for the NES and Sega Master System. The Genesis version looks more like the arcade than the NES and SMS versions.
In Double Dragon, you fought men with baseball bats, knives, dynamite, etc. You also fought women with whips. Another deadly villain was Abobo. He was large and bald.
The goal was to complete four missions and rescue your girlfriend. At the very end, you fought a man with a machine-gun. If you beat him, you saved your true love.
This was a good game, but not very challenging. As I mentioned above, I beat the game the very first time I played it. If you like challenge in your games, you probably won't want the Genesis version of Double Dragon. But if you like easier games, you might want to take a look at it. I give the Sega Genesis Double Dragon a 6.
