Synopsis: Bomberman has always remained kickass all these years, even if Bomberman Tournament/Story felt a bit dry. This is one of those games on the TG-16 that made the system kick ass among all those shooters.
Gameplay- same as the NES version; you blow stuff up with your bombs, which is simple. Therefore, it gets a ten. Try the multi-player with a Turbo Tap and the fun factor goes all the way up.
Graphics- They are very detailed for the TG, even though they are cutesy. However, I tend to live with this since it's all about the game's actual fun factor.
Music- The sound is decent, but it could use a little work here and there. Then again, the Turbo has a limited sound chip so this flaw is excusable.
Originality- No game has ever tried to copy what Bomberman did, even though there are a few clones on New Grounds. However, I am giving this an eight because Bomberman was first released for the Nes in 1985-1986.
Overall score = 9
This game is so friggin' fun to play. So, get it now. If you liked this, then try out the Genesis and Super Nes Bomberman games.
