Yes, after more than a month, Catholic Samurai is up and running and has been extensively... left the same, really. Here's the skinny straight from the horses mouth.

" Figured I owned everyone an update on what has been going on lately. Well, here goes:

I decided not to change the look of this page because quite frankly I do this page more for myself then anyone else. I liked the design so I kept it.

I also have been shopping around a book that I would like to write about pretty much everything I care about. I have secretly placed parts of it on the internet and have gotten better than average reviews. I have been trying to add to it in my spare time (what little I have) and I am liking the results. I may post a bit of it on here and let the five people who still visit this site go through it with a blowtorch and and a pair of needle-nosed.

That's about it, really. My life is the anti-exciting right now and I prefer it that way. The course of this country with everything that is going on right now is a hell of a lot more interesting. If I don't have a place to bitch and whine where I think maybe two people will listen to me, then I may go crazy and vote for Kerry.

Well, changed or not, I'm happy to see our little manic depressive Submariner is back on the horse, and I for one can hardly wait for his book. I'm really looking forward to any excerpts he might put up, because certainly a BOOK would be something he really, really cared about, and for once we'd get a chance to see what his good writting is like, and not just the mangled, tortured semi-sentences he upchucks all over places that don't merit his full attention. Like this site. And Catholic Samurai. I just know the secret placs he's secretly posted his secret work have some damn fine writting on them.

His grammar is still atrocious.

This reminds me of the time they brought back Jean Grey. Neither of them should have returned.

He doesn't like designing sites, and he is happy with his current design so he doesn't want to do any more work on it. Makes sense to me.

This is my favorite part:

"0 of 462 people found the following review helpful."

Sorry, it's a forgery. Unless amazon.ca cleared out irrelevant reviews in the last couple of days; that book has fewer than 100 reviews listed.
