Whats the biggest venue you've ever heard of a tribute band headlining at?

when i was a senior in high school i was in a poison/skid row/motley crue tribute band called "snatch cake". we dressed like various little debbie snack cakes that were dressed like members of those bands and we had a girl dressed like little debbie who operated smoke and lights and we ended our one and only show by having her sit on the bass drum and spread her legs wide so we could squirt white cream onto her... we only played in front of about 25 people on a homemade stage in our bassist's backyard. way better than almost every other show i've played, though.

The Dark Star Ochestra, a dead tribute band, played at a fairly large ballroom when I saw them.

hmm, an Abba tribute band called Bjorn Again is playing at the pengrowth saddledome, which has a capacity of about 15 000. :(
They told me it was an Abba tribute band, but maybe it isn't. Hopefully. :(

All tribute bands should be rounded up and shot. Worthless pricks in small-scale capitalization on an original band's success. Especially Kiss tribute bands.
