i simply must watch the news tonight to see Dan Rather interview Saddam Hussien. I am just tickled about the idea of him issuing a challenge to George Bush about the current situation in Iraq.

the comic potential of this debate is impossible to even begin to measure.

I have to agree.

In one corner, ritual Arabic Hyperbole for which American's have no cultural paralell!

In the other, an emotionally flummoxed George Bush!

Between them, two translators febersihly attempting the impossible!

All this plus the ever present threat of Dan Rather finally going showily insane!

Dear Lord...

I can just see Dan Blather with that serious, intense, look on his face, nodding his head, agreeing with everything Sodom says.

I wonder if Danny will have to dis-infect his hands 50 times, and get stripped searched before meeting his Holiness.
