I hear great things but I never really get a good chance to sit down and watch an episode. From what I've seen it looks pretty good. Should I get the dvds? My birthday is coming up >:D

Well I would say if you like intellegent and witty writing with some violence and dark comedy added in buy the first and second season. Those are the only one's I have seen.

I think they have the third and fourth out already but I have been lazy in my Soprano's watching for awhile.

The current season has the possibility of sucking from what I've seen so far. Adding Steve Buscemi may save it though.

I really like it, I have only watched the 1st and 2nd seasons though. I need to find the others to borrow, those damn dvds are expensive
