awww, isn't that sweet bobo, we have an artist in common.

Ps. I fucking love the North Mississippi Allstars too. Supernice guys to boot. :( I went to see them a couple years ago and out of nowhere, Chris asked me if I wanted to come back for the 2nd show the next day and I said I couldn't afford it and he said he'd put me on the list for 2, so when i came back the next night, the club said they ran out of room on the list but I was able to talk to them outside and their manager gave us $40 to get my friend and I in. :)

pps. I don't recall a single hippy at these shows because it was prior to the Oysterhead tour. :)

Yes they are a pretty talented band, but I just heard there latest album, polaris, and it almost made me puke. I seriously didn't even believe it was them. It sounded all poppy and shit.

But last time I've seen them live a few times and they put on a pretty good show, I always love the electic washboard jams.

Have you ever heard any of "The Word"? :love

pps. We all know you raped by a bunch of hippies when you were young so please, drop it. And stop refering to me as a hippie, I have never purchased any patchouli oil, and I take showers and am rather clean shaven.

I never bought any albums past Shake Hands with Shorty so I haven't heard Polaris.

I do have The Word cd. I think asking Chris to sign it for me and him being suprised to see me with it is what made him ask me to come back.

Duane Burnside fucking rules and so does his dad. :(

ppps. I am an angry teenager, drop it.

I think the first Kid D album is far better, but shorter, louder, faster is good shit. Don't care much for Paint it Black. Dr. Dan is just regressing into death metal, IMHO.
