I bought the entire set at a flea market. I'm afraid to read it because it's in such great condition :(

What's 1602, and why haven't I heard of it?

1602 is Neil Gaiman's first series for Marvel. It's basically the marvel universe set back durning 1602 during the time of witches and all that jazz. I haven't started reading it because I know these comics are going to skyrocket in price once the demand for these goes up and I do not want my greasy italian prints all over it :(

Stay off the pizza and the plumbing for a goddamn minute and wash your hands then.

I really enjoyed 1602. It was interesting to see Gaiman's take on so many Marvel characters. I was surprised by some of the characters I'd expected that he didn't include though. And the ending wrapped up a lot faster than I expected.
