What do YOU do for fun?

Mostly a suggestion thread... because I'm beyond bored.

-Nothing good on TV (despite having over 500 channels)

-have that "played them all already" feeling over video games (despite having a gamecube, a ps2, and a computer packed to bursting with ROMs)

-all my friends are at work or asleep (losers!)

-my lady friend is being visited by her Aunt Flo and is in no mood to put up with me (or anything else for that matter)

-I'm broke (payday ain't til tomorrow), so going somewhere or buying something new and amusing is out

-Can't sleep (I took a nap after work and I'm paying for it with insomnia)

-Can't crank up and play the ol' gee-tar (it's something my neighbors, who are probably asleep by now as well, won't take too kindly to)


I need something to do.

Any suggestions? What do YOU do when you have that "I'm broke, everyone's doing something else, and my videogames/movies/tv/etc aren't doing the trick anymore" kinda feeling?

I live in an apartment building 2 miles outside of city limits. The only thing interesting I might find is a bullfrog the size of your head (seriously).

If I could make moonshine, I wouldn't have to worry about being broke. There's quite a lucrative market for moonshine, what with this being Louisiana and there being rednecks somewheres about.

Last time I checked, that costs money and is hard to do when it is late at night. Of course, sniffing glue, grabbing the ol' driver and pointing balls at oncoming traffic could be interesting...

Golf would actually be a good idea, if the closest driving range weren't 20 miles away :(

It IS always fun to drive by it during the day and watch them hit the ball at the kid who goes to get the balls (a la a Family Guy episode :) )

Alas, the best I could do is walk to my father's house and grab his golf clubs. *shrugs* Hitting balls towards oncoming traffic ain't a bad idea, but again, I'm outside city limits. Out here, there is a HUGE dropoff in population once you exit the city limits. I'll see maybe two cars an hour. This only applies to MOVING cars, because hitting balls at parked cars just ain't challenging.

But then again... golf clubs and huge bullfrogs... *evil grin*

Well it's Friday night and I just took the kids and my dog for a walk because the wife has gone out with her cousin for dinner :/ So, for fun I will drink beer and then watch a kids movie with the kids and then they will go to bed and I will drink more beer and watch crappy telivision or read your crappy responses.
