I don't think this can truly get said enough, but her latest column on the passing of Reagan really takes the cake. "Hagiography," or any other words in Max's vocab, can't even begin to cover this properly:

I expedtec nothing less than this, however her facts are dishonest, because she tells half the story, and her typical attack on liberals is incredibly unfair.

I refrain out of respect for the dead, out of respect for those who survive him, and out of respect for those who truly believed in him and wish to celebrate him. This of course doesn't mean he is untouacable, just like a crippled war veteran isn't, either. This rotten bitch wants to chastize people for being respectful, and for marking their commonalities with Reagan, and she attacks them. I'll gladly call her worthless on the day she dies, she can count on it.

There probably won't be a "right" time to attack Reagan in the eyes of conservatives, but the majority of us are doing the right thing by refraining until people are finished mourning. We shouldn't be supporting people like Rall, anyway. He makes us look really, really bad. :/

Right, but that's sort of my point, and it's the problem with Coulter. According to her, we are all thinking precisely what Ted Rall said, but we've been too ïdeologically defeated," or whatever, to do a thing about it. If we show respect for the dead, we're opportunists. If we don't, we're soulless.

I don't know that I've seen anybody "dance on his grave" for gain. Ted Rall isn't gaining anything, and as Brandon pointed out, it would appear he has already censored himself.

There are plenty of people who are pointing out where they disagree with Reagan, yet they are mostly doing it in a respectful fashion.
