DVD cover art

I'm doing the DVD cover for the students' television series we did this winter, and thought I'd try to get some objective feedback before I started printing them out. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Yeah, you're right. He's got some on his cheek as well. Probably didn't pay attention to my feather settings.

I suggest that you put the chick in the middle of the left side in a large box with sufficient air holes and then mail her to me. :(

Even though I know nothing about this kind of work, I still think it looks good. It feels a little like I might expect to see a motivational seminar when I turn it on though.
