Ok, I found out what it is, and it's kinda stupid.

Aparently, it's a stunt by Adult Swim where David Cutts (aka Hockey Chicken, which is his name on the adultswim.com message boards) will stay in his house UNTIL 1,000,000 viewers visit adultswim.com. This is very retarded. :(
