With sustained winds of 50 and 70, I'd hardly call it death... but it should be pretty damned cool. Storms friggin' rock!

I'm in Sarasota, right where Charley is supposed to make landfall. It's supposed to last between 11 am and end around 5 pm, 100+ mph winds, flooding, and if that doesnt kill me they said expect to be out of power for 5 to 6 days! :eek
People have been going fucking crazy. Driving through red lights at 90 miles an hour and running through the grocery store dragging their kids by the wrists. if the storm doesnt kill them at least the idiots will kill themselves off. I dont know how to prepare because im stupid and from chicago so i just bought a bunch of water and a flashlight and a tank of gas and some peanut butter and wine so hears to hoping I live.

I'm in Maryland. They're saying the storms are supposed to meet at me. Well, in my state.
So hopefully they'll have killed all of you and blew off some steam by the time they get to me. >:

Wine is a very important part of survival. I'm glad you at least have some of that.
But no gun?
Man, you need a gun to go with the wine.

I was hoping both would hit at the same time...oh well. I missed the Palm Beach tornado last year, but i'll be looking for one this time.
