Cigarettes are really expensive here now. $8 for a pack of 20...It's really a mind fuck trying to quit. I only smoked a few a day but for a few years so I will quit for months and then see someone smoking and think, Ya I wouldn't mind a smoke. I think the think I dislike about smoking is the horrible breath in the morning and coughing up balls of flem. If I go to a party and smoke 8 or more the next morning my throat is sore and I have a ripping headache and I wonder why the fuck did I do that? I have to quit for my sanity.
