In honor of my totally awesome new user pic and sig, I thought I should make a thread.
For those of you who don't know (and shall be executed as is the law), HeroQuest was a Milton Bradley board game from the early 90's. It was a fantasy game in which players would take on the roles of 4 heroes, travelling through dungeons and taking on various quests. It spawned not one, not two, but SEVEN quest pack add-ons.
The wonderful thing about that game was that you played it on one board, but the varying tiles and furniture pieces would change the layout of each level significantly. On top of which, you could easily make your own quests to continue the game beyond the included quests. It was like a Lite version of Dungeons & Dragons.
Today, people still work on new items for the game, even though it's been long out of print. It's a fantastic game, was and is incredibly fun for 2-5 players.
So where are my HQ fans at?
