I'm downloading the video to this, and it's fucking awesome beyond description. In short, the song is about cannibalism. "Teil" doesn't really translate, but as I understand it you can take it to mean body part, share of something, or just "thing". The refrain basically goes "Because you are what you eat, and you know what it is."

haha just about everyone in my german class joined the class beacause of that song " du hausse" or however you spell it, its either hate or have I wouldnt be able to tell unless i looked at the lyrics and I dont care enough to do so. (hate has an extra "s" or its the other way around)
