Just saw a commercial. You get a 3-disc set, featuring Manos and Santa Clause Conquers the Martians, plus 90 minutes of short films.

It ain't bad, but Shorts 3 isn't really worth the $10 bucks. You can just get Manos and Santa Conquers Martians for $15 over at Deepdiscountdvd.com.

If you bought Manos the Hands of Fate already, you're fucked into buying it again. :(

I never bought it. This might be a good deal, it seems. $25 for two episodes and a bunch of shorts. I might get it.

Shorts disks are useless if you have every episode.

MST3K Volume 6 is gonna have a shorts disk too. I hope its the last.

It might be as Rhino and Warner are delaying the hell out of it. It's already been delayed twice and I think it's because of that shorts disc. Either way they should just give us another episode and be done with it.

Why would it be because of the shorts disk? The material is all cleared, as it was sold on VHS by BBI for a long time. Those short films are probably all mostly public domain, anyway.

Rhino said they needed to find better quality masters, and that's why they delayed it by ONE MONTH, which isn't bad for a delay. They are responding to fans complaints that previous episodes didn't looks so hot and they didn't seem to care about the product (missing stinger on THE ATOMIC BRAIN, overly dark transfer on MERLIN'S SHOP OF MYSTICAL WONDERS)

Oh. Sorry, I got that little bit of info from the MST3K newsgroup and I hadn't heard otherwise. My mistake.

i already have all of those episodes, but it's nice to see MST3K on some form of television :(

Maybe if people bought a whole bunch of them like they did with family guy maybe it will come back on the air (re-run wise) :(

They can't show re-runs anymore anyway because they've lost the rights to most of the movies.

Yeah but, unless michael jackson bought them, they could buy it back, but that's only wishful thinking.

Or you could go to dapcentral.org and get the episodes you don't have.
