SNES Titles

I recently tracked down a Super Nintendo along with Yoshi's Island. I've beaten it, wasn't too difficult, and now I am in search of some more titles. I've heard good things about Turtles in Time, and Super Metroid, so I'll probably get those If I can find them.

Trying to track down any titles worth playing will cost you more than it really should. I think the only deal I ever got on getting a good game years after the fact, was when Toys R Us had Mega Man X on clearance for $7

Mega Man X tends to stay pretty cheap.

Super Metroid and Turtles in Time are two of my favorites for the snes, and they don't get too pricey either. If you can find it, get super bomberman and a multitap. The ladies love that.

I just got FF3/6, and I have two things to say. 1: I am addicted to it like a crackwhore addicted to, well, crack, and 2: Kefka is a faggot, I think Sephiroth is way better >:

You MUST track down Earthbound. It is a must-have for any SNES owner. I also recommend Turtles In Time, Super Mario All Stars (With Super Mario World on it if you can find it), Zelda: A Link to the Past, Chrono Trigger, any Final Fantasy game, Battletoads, Tetris & Dr. Mario, Secret Of Mana (but STAY AWAY from Secret Of Evermore), and Tetris Attack.

The games listed above are the only SNES games I play very frequently.

I'm surprised you went for FF3. RPGs are fairly expensive compared to other older games. If you have a PSX/PS2, you should have gotten FF Anthology.

Funnily enough, I just got my very-late OPM, and they listed Sephiroth as the most overrated villain.

As you play through FF6, you'll find that Kefka does more than anything Sephiroth's claim to fame can... um... claim. Besides, I killed Sephiroth the first time by accident. BY ACCIDENT!

Seriously. Kefka is the only great villain I remember from Final Fantasy. All the others were just scary monsters (Chaos, Zeromus, Sin) or almost-badass people (Sephiroth, the chick in FF8, Kuja [I haven't finished FF9 so I don't know who the big bad is]). Kefka was just plain evil. He killed people for fun. He built a tower so he could wipe out *towns* for fun. And he did it with style and cleverness.

Actually your wrong. The clone killed everyone in the Shinra building and Aeris. The original Sephiroth killed the town, then Cloud killed sephiroth with Zack's sword in the reactor.

And dandies used to be attractive in high European society for a while. But I think that was a couple of hundred years ago.

Oh, and FF7's plot had way too many inconsistencies to bother picking it apart. I remember filling three pages of a notebook with an analysis in seventh grade and I couldn't figure out a fucking thing for certain. Then I come online and read a couple of well-written faqs and find out that no one else could either.
