I talked about that tattoo in one of my art classes when I was like 16 and one of the kids in the class went out and got ©1981 on his butt before I was even old enough to get mine. I was pissed that he bit my idea, even though 1984 is a more meaningful number.
It's small, and on the outside of my leg.
I'm putting serious thought into getting MCMLXXXIV accross my shoulder blades, but I'm not sure if I want two tattoos that mean the same thing.

The roman numerals thing came to me when I was watching the ending credits of a movie and I saw the year written out. I was actually really angry with myself for not having used that as my copyright tattoo.
Knowing that you've got it, though, really adds more weight to my internal debate over having two similar tattoos on my body. I don't want to be biting your idea or anything :/

Well, as you live in another country i SUPPOSE I can allow it, provided you get the fact that I did it first, and in a cooler way tattooed beneath it, and you pay me royalties every day of your life that you have that tattoo, if you get it.
