I never really needed an origin story for Pickleman. I just needed some information like, does he need to eat pickles constantly to keep his superpowers or something.

You see , the sign showed a knife fork and plate which our unsuspecting heroes assumed to mean a restaurant up ahead.
So you can imagine their suprise when they came upon a knife plate and fork store instead. Ed.
