Supposedly, he was in an accident of some sort that caused him to go into a coma for a little while, and ever since, he has had these awkward, creepy dreams where everything is silent and the imagery is as he paints/draws it. None of his pieces have titles, either. I've been a fan of his work for a great while now, and have managed to collect damn near everything he's done. He doesn't just paints scenes, he paints an entire apocalyptic world. He's one of the few people truly able to creep me out. I had a dream about a painting of his once and it scared the bitch out of me. :O

I really like the first two, they're very atmospheric, especially the one with the tower. The third really didn't fit in there.. and I don't really like (or understand) abstract art.

I've been raving about this guy for ages, i'm surprised you're just now catching on to him. He's absolutely and without a doubt, my favorite artist of all time. He's incredible. His work is beyond words.
