I've read only a couple reviews so far and I'm getting a lot of mixed feelings. Well, two feelings anyway. The positive reviews sound pretty well thought out and put together. The con-reviews are a little harder to follow:
Overall Grade: F
Story: F
Acting: F
Direction: F
Visuals: F

now dis one, the grudge, has more holes dan a Kerry freefire zon. firs, if gellar (fin lookin womin) war to be da nex victim, den why she der to star with. she newed bout da grudge frum begining an went to get it anyways. don mik no sence.
next, dat guy dat stirted da grudge, he dint mak no sense nither.
See what I mean? This gentleman is obviously writing in riddles to give a deeper meaning to his review. It's as if a chunk of God just fell in my lap, and It was good.

Is that an IMDb review? Cause, I tried submitting a review once and it got rejected. And looking at this, that's legally impossible unless you're trying to exclusively gather information from monkeys.

Don't listen to the reviews, Spastic. If you are a fan of intelligent, well filmed cerebral horror, this is the movie to see. I just got back from it, and believe me when I tell you, it was worth it. Well paced, well made, and the ghosts were really creepy looking.
I don't want to spoil anything for you, but I will say this. "JAW" :chatter

There was nothing intelligent about this movie. It's as if someone said "Hey, you know what would be scary?" and put several different scenes like that into a movie. The acting was poor, the plot and "scares" were predictable and lame, and i saw everything coming from a mile away. It's going to end up being another overhyped piece of crap like The Ring, which is probably one of the worst horror movies i have ever seen. The only things that entertained me in this movie were the shadow girl and the nighttime hospital scene. This movie didn't even make sense! Both of those scenes had nothing to do with the house or the story at all!

Your kidding, I wrote a paragraph review how Manos: The Hands of Fate was a "captivating erotic thriller." What in the world did you write?

I think it's a Yahoo review, based on the grade system. If you thought the IMDB comments were bad, you gotta read some of the shit that gets posted on Yahoo.

I saw the original the day before yesterday at three in the morning. I had to close all my curtains before going to bed because I was such a scared fag afterwards. :(

I'm not sure who Lumzi was, but the last five minutes gave me the chills. I was about to fall asleep, so that didn't help.
