Do you have to be a licensed driver to contribute, or can we just have permitts or jr. licenses? And if we can, could someone old enough or witha good fake I.D. come to the store with me? I need some "supplies". What drunken, car smashing rampage isn't complete without some jack daniel's and a shot gun?

I am not sure, but I think it is called a "peelout." And that is a part of an entirely different plot to get the local acrobat chefs club to think the doomsday horn was blowing.
