I had an idea once but home improvement ripped it off me. It's about Patrick Duffy as a man for his love of family and tools. Only he isn't a tool show host, he's a construction worker. And whever he need adivce he asked his pal who always was in the construction site port-a-pod and the audienc never seens him out of it. But the big tiwst was when in the series finale he finally comes out and guess who it was all along, Patrick Duffy :eek

My dream show is Family Ties Now!

It's regular Family Ties, with the actors as they are now. For instance, Tina Yothers is a cow, and Micheal J. Fox is a quivering mess. Micheal Gross just plays his character from Tremors.

And because I always get the characters mixed up, they live across the street from the Growing Pains family. Only Alan Thicke has something wrong with him (I'm thinking either he's a cheating bastard, or a pedophile who's addicted to suntanning, but I'm not sure yet), and his real life son shows up now and then and they all make references to how he'll be a famous singer one day.
