Get some tattoos of knifewounds on your hands.

Or have a "knife goes through your chest and pops out of your back" tattoo.

Or you could make a tattoo where it looks like you couldn't find your knife sheath so you decided it would be better to shove it in your forearm until you find it again.

I seen some lady in her mid 40s (i guess) old pale white, skinny as a stick wearing short shorts in walmart. and she had a "greenish" garter belt tatoo riding high up on her right thigh, very impressive... :(
