is their a website for helping people make comics or web animation? because ive been wanting to make a comic book and dont know how to start if somebody could help it would be cool thanx

I hope to God there's not. In your case that'd be something like breeding, jutting your thoughts down on paper and preserving them.

Granted, you do that here already, but comics appeal to a wider audience.

Also, it's "there", nit "their".

There - indication of place, i.e. "That's the fortress of sollitude. Superman lives there."
Their - indicating ownership to a group, i.e. "That's their dog."
They're - Contraction, short for "They are".

On a more grammatically correct note.

Any advice on naming comic characters? That, and coloring my comics are the two biggest problems I have.

that sounds like a great idea for a comic, to show the state of racial profiling in america, and in every comic, he could get accused of a crime he didn't commit, then he would have to use his detective skills to prove the true criminal. it would be a modern day sherlock holmes. he could even have a sidekick, Lo, the asian thats terrible at math.
