The only movie I've fast-forwarded through is The Patriot with Segal, and that was because I knew I'd understand the whole movie if I did. And I did.

Having seen the entire Redux version through a couple of times, I have completed my quota of watching the long ass trip through the river scenes. I no longer need to watch the tiger in the bush, or the trippy lost dog scene. They have grown stale.

I only fast forward through movies that have a length greater then 2 hours.
