Should be a good time. Anybody have some good drinking game suggestions....?

A shot for every mention of "Freedom/Liberty" or both could get you ripped depending on what you're drinking :O

It's gotta be something other than "freedom" or "liberty," or lotsa folks are gonna die of alcohol poisoning.

I think it would be positively wonderful if Bush just said nothing but "freedom" and "liberty," over an over, for the entire hour.

Freedom. Liberty.

Without these two, uh, freedom and liberty, we wouldn't have the freedom to practice our liberty freely. Since Saddam Hussein has been toppled, the liberty of Iraq and the freedom of America have become liberated. Now that freedom in Iraq has been secured, we can begin to promote liberty all across the Middle East, until freedom has been assured for all.

I plan to take a shot every time Bush says something scary. It's more of a coping mechanism than a drinking game, though. :(

Ziggy made me hah ha.

Take a shot every time he gets a cheap applause break.

1 drink for every mention of terorrism

2 drinks for every mention of a cabinet member, new or old

Finish it for every time a camera picks up a foreign representative or an Average Joe who got invited by the President( doesn't have to be a different one each time)

1 shot every time a Democrat is seen with a look on their face like someone is ripping off their toenails with rusted clippers

Tip Oneil used to look like he was going to die. I loved that, and he sat right behind the President, so he was on camera all the time.

I particularly liked the rabble from the Democrats when Bush talked about social security. Good stuff.

You know what? I couldn't even watch it. That's how much W's face, voice and content depress me. This is the first state of the union I have chosen not to watch, or at least listen to on the radio in my entire adult life.

I couldn't bring myself to watch it....I just got drunk instead. I have a headache, but I would have had one anyway from clenching my teeth

Edit: P.S. I'm sure Fox news described the presidents performance as "Masterful"

The Dems interrupted him during the spech to moan, or do something, in protest of what Bush was saying about soc. security.

El Blanco

Ya, he claimed social security was in trouble. Like they weren't aware of that.

I dunno, I think my game pretty much got anyone brave enough to play it sloshed.

I kind of half hearted watched it. Had the TV on while I fixed my computer(I gotta buy a new friggin monitor).

He went a lot more into social security than I would have expected. Hardly a mention of Iran or Sudan, or anywhere not Iraq or Afghanistan for that matter.

Four days and you still haven't washed the ink off your finger? I'd be willing to bet that most Iraqi voters have been walking around with their hands in their pockets.

Ya, he claimed social security was in trouble. Like they weren't aware of that.

No, they were specifically protesting his claim that the system would be in the red by 2042, which is, to say the least, debateable.
