As for Microsoft's involvement in the case (as the claims revolve around only those games released on the Xbox platform), apparently there is none. Inada said, "I understand why they can't come and rescue us. I know they have a full team of lawyers [for game and Windows-related issues." He added, "These [hackers] must have a modified Xbox--it should be of great concern to them."
No, it shouldn't because no one cares.
If they aren't profiting from it, I don't see what the big deal is. They aren't claiming it to be their own. It's like making a mod.
We have such a awesome justice system......

its like ashley simson covering a slayer song, but making it all slow and gay. its not a mod, it a hack. and if they can hack the code, the can make all the illegal copies they want....

Is that what they were doing? Distributing illegal copies of their hacked version of the game? I didn't believe that was the case.

I'm not sure why this is a big deal. Its not the first tiome Team Ninja has gone after someone. If i'm not mistaken they did the same thing to a group that made a nude hack for DoA3.

Why do these groups keep going public? You never see every software company in the world getting together to sue MYTH or DEViANCE.
