bri bought me the cd for valentine's day awwwwwwwwww and i love it bunches and bunches. so much so that i plan on having it with me when i squeeze out the munchkin.

so thanks for telling me to pay attention to the beach boys or else i would never have wanted this and would have missed out on some lovely and haunting music.

the thing with that cd is... i like it. but i can't go about buying it and listening to it bunches because that'd be lying to myself.

it's a lot like when i first saw the royal tenenbaums... much admiration but i couldnt get into it.

course, it then turned out to be my favorite movie ever, but i dont see that happening here.

i don't see it being my most favorite ever, either. it's one of those cds that i think you have to have. it just makes sense throughout the whole thing.

it calms me. i love it, but i don't see myself listening to it everyday. i do think, however, that it would be super cool to bring my boy into this world to wilson's rendition of 'you are my sunshine.'

Ha, top marks to Brian! (yours, not wilson...well top marks to him obviously) - its an amazing album. I will have to burn you a cd of all the existing original parts. Its one of my most favourite albums of all time, I fail to see how anyone could not like at least part of it.

My favourite part is definitely from Holiday into Blue Hawaii...I plan on listening to that when I am lying on a tropical beach in the Dominican Republic in a week and a half :)
