basically, it says that the rest of the world is rapidly destroying the unipolar order that we know today. while the U.S. will remain supreme militarily and technologically, the Asian economies will continue to grow until they rival our own.
of course, one of the possibilities discussed is that of a Pax Americana, which makes my inner imperialist titter with little girl glee.
