Well, its obvious the fourth plane was shot down by the military, but whats the deal with the one that crashed into the Pentagon?

Has anyone been followed this? Has anyone followed this that isn't Art Bell call-in material? (I.E. Nuts)

Its obvious? Did I miss something? I didn't read the 9/11 commission report all that closely, but I'm pretty sure that would've grabbed a few headlines.

And please don't tell me you are refering to that stupid flash movie.

checkout David Ray Griffin's new book:
"The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions And Distortions"

just about the best critique i've seen yet

he's got several interviews out there worth listening to or watching..
here's an hour that is well done from the 9-11 International Citizens Inquiry:

You don't happen to have anything in text form, do you? Its a pain in the ass to go through all that video to critique.

Wait a minute, the fourth plane was shot down?

I was under the impression that the fourth plane was taken down by a passenger uprising. Is that just a dumb hero story?

I thought the man who hijacked it was talked out of it by his wife or something and he purposely crashed it into a field.

No no no, don't you guys remember the "let's roll" thing that was the unofficial motto of the Afghanistan operation? "Let's roll" was apparently words heard in the background on someone's answering machine when a man called his wife and told her that he and a group of passengers were going to try and re-take the plane.

I could of sworn I was asking about a plane hitting the Pentagon.

I COULD HAVE sworn you could fucking speak English.

EDIT: Why did this get no press? One would think the "liberal media" would have been all over this.

No press? I'll admit the WTC collapse got more coverage, but I *THINK* the plane crashing into the Pentagon was on the news too.

That's my sly way of saying you guys are not being very specific.

Sorry, Zigs. I was referring to Rumsfeld's remark about the plane being shot down.

Well at this point we have all the people who got phone calls from pasengers before they said "Let's Roll" and took down the plane - which COULD be a coverup, as I don't know any of those people, or have an easy way to confirm their story on one hand. On the other hand we ahve Rummy saying something that doesn't entirely make sense, except maybe as Secretary of Defense he's always thinking about shooting things down, has it on the brain so bad that it just slips out when talking about things crashing for other reasons.

It really isn't much of a basis for a conspiracy, unless you are the sort of person who says Art Bell callers get a bad rap (HI RANXER!!! :)) As for the one that hit the Pentagon, I saw some flash video saying it was shot down as well, and that a missle is what hit the Pentagon based on various video footages, a lack of debris, skid marks, etc, but I've not heard of any serious investigation of this, and so I could have saved this thread a lot of time by saying OMG WTF CONSPIRACY!!!

theres a lot of different versions of this stuff but i think this says enough about the flight 93, the key seems to be the evidence of the debris field. and i don't listen to art bell.

There were numerous calls allegedly from Flight 93. Nearly all of these calls were supposedly made from cell phones, and were relatively short. The exception was the supposed call from passenger Todd Beamer on an Airphone, which was routed to Verizon supervisor Lisa Jefferson. Jefferson interviewd Beamer in detail in a conversation that would last from 9:45 until his famous last words before leading a passenger revolt: "Let's Roll". 3
Todd Beamer

The AP reported that at 9:58 a frantic passenger called from a bathroom and told operator Glenn Cramer that he had seen an explosion and smoke, and that the plane was "going down". 4 Investigators believe the passenger was Edward Felt.
Crash

At 10:06 AM, Flight 93 was apparently shot down near Somerset, Pennsylvania. The official story that it was flown into the ground as a result of a struggle to control the cockpit is contradicted by the reports of eyewitnesses on the ground, as well as the phone call attributed to Edward Felt.

The crash site comprised a central debris field and several smaller debris fields some distance away. One of the engines was found over half a mile away from the main field. 5 Other debris fields were found 2, 3, and 8 miles away. 6 This evidence is virtually impossible to reconcile with the official story.

other folks say the debris field was much smaller and don't mention
the engine but its still the best evidence(to prove or disprove)
left(available) that really shows the plane was shot down.

So, ANYway, getting back to the plane that hit the pentagon,

http://911research.wtc7.net/pentagon/evidence/photos/debrispiles.html

as you can see from these photos, it does not really look like a plane, more of a outdoor explosion. AND, the airspace above the pentagon is supposedley the most secure in the world, so I doubt that an errant plane would get a chance to hit the pentagon.

So whats with the cover-up?
