I've experimented with a small loop of masking tape on the high forehead area. Hilarity ensues! (It helps if the tape is above the line of sight of object cat).

My friend and I put balls of tape on his cat's paws and then put her down in the kitchen. She went nuts and flew all over the place. :lol

one of my cats used to insist on drinking out of a watering can, until she got her head stuck through the handle, and then her lower half, when she tried to run it off like crazy.

Now she doesn't try drinking out of it anymore.

This was harmless. SOmetimes I capture mice and teach them to swim in my sink. So far, the program is a failure but we are getting some promising results.
