if you managed to find a prototype version of the non-released hellraiser game and atempted to play it on it im sure you would open the gates of hell. or have to blow on the cart as the light keeps blinking

"On 3 separate occasions I've had the game 'Pause' by itself, without having my finger anywhere near the 'Start' button of the controller, and the really suspicious thing about it was the fact the timing of the Pause always happened to be during an intense moment of a game, as if the intentions were made for me to lose."

The RF adapter or some other part of the system is probably just receiving radio or TV signals. It happens with DVD players all the time. It's really freaky until you figure it out.

Jesus, if it's so easy to get $225 for your old NES this way, I think I'll put mine up saying it's possessed by 500 demons.

I wouldn't doubt that any interference is cause of the rf switch. Especially if it's a naki rf adapter. I have had the same problems with my SNES before where it would get input from the channel I'm on from the tv.
The game hitting the start button... lol Many people unskilled with a game controller will accidentally hit the start button and swear they never did.
Pretty damn funny that people are so gullable that they will pay this much for a NES but more power to the guy. I'll have to put up a auction and say it was the same NES sold in the auction online and it just freaked me out to much I had to resell it!

Pushing select in a lot of games will pause it too. :/

So the moral of this story is that if you can fabricate a decent lie, you can make good money on eBay.

If it is a crock (witch im sure it is) i bet he's dissapointed on it only bringing in 225 bucks. creating a yarn that colorfull sounds to me like he was maybe competing for an out come simmilar to that pretzel that just sold for 14 grand or thereabouts.. wasnt there half a cheese sandwich that sold last year for a couple grand or something? some ridiculous amount of money that for sure...
