Yeah...
But I liked the Zounds! Youth Rock Ministry
In the suburbs of our town, there is a girl with a frown.
For her, Christ has no renown. Just a dude in a thorned crown.
Wacky, wacky Wicca chick.
Wacky! Wacky!
Her spells and charms are a trick.
Wacky, Wacky, Wacky!
Dabbles with the Satanic:
Tarot, ouija, and magick.
Wacky! Wacky! Wicca!
Mother Earth, Ishtar, Baal: yes, she claims to know them all.
Goes to a skyclad cabal, spends the Sabbat at the mall.
Wacky, wacky Wicca chick.
Wacky! Wacky!
Weirder than a Catholic.
Wacky, Wacky, Wacky!
Her "Blessed Be"'s just a shtick.
Her other car's a broomstick.
Wacky! Wacky! Wicca!
(Bass solo)
Her religion is a mess. She worships some strange Goddess.
But the Lord don't wear a dress. Now her soul is in distress.
Wacky, wacky Wicca chick.
Wacky! Wacky!
Ambiguously sapphic.
Wacky, Wacky, Wacky!
Heaven or Hell, gotta' pick.
Christ'll be back... Quick! Quick! Quick!
Wacky! Wacky! Wicca!
Wacky! Wacky! Wicca!
Wacky!
Wacky!
Wacky!
Wacky!
Wacky! Wacky! Wicca!
I wish I could be a cool Christian rocker :(

What about all the linked sites, they seem kinda nuts too. I'm positive http://objective.jesussave.us is a joke, but I'm not so sure about the banner links and stuff.

Velociraptors: Today terrorize the goat herders of Puerto Rico and are rumored to guard the remains of the Ark. They have become vicious since the Fall as the result of the effects of genetic entropy, making them too dangerous for the sort of interactive public experience we have in mind.
that has to be a joke. just for that alone

I heard a serious radio show talking about things like this. Bascially it starts off as an interesting discussion about dinosaurs and what may have happened to them then turns into some ridiculous religious argument how evolution is stupid. The guy on the radio show(high school biology teacher) believed that dinosours walk the earth today and that this totally discredits the theory of evolution.
Granted he didnt talk about how he was planning to capture a dinosaur to prove the exisitance of god, but it was almost equally retarded. Shit like that makes me question if things like this could be real.

Considering how dinosaurs were wiped out by a cataclysmic event, they really don't fit into an argument about evolution. We aren't visibly related to them. Unless we are talking about another animal.
Neanderthals are a much better example.

Some scientists speculate it was climate change that wiped out the LARGER dinos, yet the smaller ones survived and gave rise to BIRDS.
THEY LIVE.

I'm surprised the end of this BS hasn't come from inside their group. Maybe one of thir equally stupid cohorts could ask them if maybe they were wiped out by god for being failed attempts and Humans?
davinxtk
Mar 27th, 2005, 12:55 PM
No, ArrowX, the failed attempts at humans were left scattered around the earth.
How do you think Cain found a wife after he left his parents, who were the only other humans alive at the time?
Wait a minute.
Maybe that's why society is in such shambles!
We've been breeding with the rough drafts!

But Blanco, Adam was made of clay, so vicariously, she would be too. God, use some common sense! :biblical sarcasm

I think there was another woman as well, and then Eve was the third.
All fundies SHOULD know about Lillith, she's like the mother of all demons. Christ, she's even the mother of that guy in Aladdin's lamp.

Lilith is apocryphal Hebrew folklore - there's no reason for Christians to know about her since she isn't in the Bible.
pjalne
Mar 28th, 2005, 06:10 PM
Yeah, I just think they should know about her. And a lot of other stuff. It pisses me off when they're trying to teach me about the bible when they know less about it than I do. And when I try to tell them about how stuff like Lillith ties into folklore and start on a long story ending in something like "...and that's how Christianity and Norse mythology merged at certain points and we got the word 'nightmare'," they just get mad and throw a bible at me for being a heretic.

Mister Electrolux,
I shall endeavour to remember that if it looks to me you are falling from a high cliff, or about to be stabbed in dark alley, I will not try to save you despite you being such a good friend to the Triad.
Thinking of your wishes,

Most Honorable Brother Choi,
I appreciate your concern, but when I say saved, I meant becoming an endentured servant to the superstition they refer to as their religion. Please accept my apologies for not being more forthright in my descriptions, as it is late and I have had many beers.
I remain your most faithful friend and ally,
Cosmo
