I know it's a generally accepted fact that Scientologists are bat shit crazy, but this story relates the full extent of their lunacy. It was written by a woman who spent 12 years with them and it shows just how fucked up her life became as a result.

A link to Operation Clambake, a site that has everything you need to know about what goes on behind the scenes of the Church of Scientology:

"These implant stations are white buildings out in space. When you finish a life here on earth, you leave your body, but you are subconsciously programmed to return to the implant station. In the implant station your memory of the life you just lived is electronically erased with machines which emit high powered electronic beams, then you are programmed to go back to earth for another life. But you will always keep going back to the implant station, life after life. We have been doing this for millions of years."

Take me now, HAL. I am ready.

Only the "auditor" is allowed to see the needle "reads" that would indicate which part of my mind to explore, Julie explained.

Wouldn't this give one pause in a "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" sort of way?

I still can't believe this crazy, bad Star Wars movie based religion exists. I think I need a nap after attempting to read that quote you gave. Oh well here is a great website on this topic: www.scientology-kills.org

It's based on Battlefield Earth, not Star Wars. Star Wars religions make much more sense.

i still dont understand how a bunch of idiots believed some science fiction writers bullshit story of a religion

do people forget the founder went from science fiction to religion ?
he is even quoted as once saying something about how he wants to start a religion because " that is where the money is at"

well its probably not more different then many other present religions
aside from the fact that in scientology you have to pay up first to be saved
its all about money
and control ,probably one of the most rich and glamorized cults in the world
theyre probably trying to sue / kill me as im typing this ,
for typing this
