Its the sequel to the oiginal Suffering. In this one, Torque is out looking for the guys who killed his family, unlike the last one the monsters he encounters aren't themed after execution methods but after urban decay. I'm not sure exactly how thats suppose to work but the first one was badass so I can only assume that this one is as well.

I never played the first one, I think I'll have to check it out before I play the second.

Yeah man, I loved the first one and eventually bought it. I don't think I'll be able to resist getting this one too since the first is one of my all-time favorite games.

It takes place in my state in Baltimore, the game looks bad ass I played the first one but didnt beat it.

There were 3 endings...that was the "normal" one I guess. Not the good one, not the bad one. Just very, very depressing.
