clouddead, from what i remeber, had the weakest fucking beats this side of van-ice. their lyrics couldnt even hope to make it up, so i concluded that they suck.

I like Atmosphere. :( He gets really whiny at times though, especially at one show where he went "THIS IS TO THE LEAD SINGER OF GUTTERMOUTH YOU'RE GONNA GET SHOT MANNNN"
Ebola Virus (http://www.ebolavirus.org/) is good too.

non-phixion were pretty good until they got SUPER paranoid about their def jux and the rest of the world and started doing horror-core. then they became funny and sad.
noob3, you might be sorta right, since it was at least a year since i listened to their CD *once*
but damn, that's because it was terrible.

Is Del really small though? It seems like he's had a cameo role in every fuckin project lately like Handsome Boy Modeling School and the Gorillaz. He even had a tune on one of the Tony Hawk games (was it number 2, I think)? I mean, yeah, he doesn't get the top 40 play, but how many independant rappers do? If that's what you mean by stay small, then I hope he stays "small" cuz that's just whats real.

true and his thing wasnt in a tony hawk game I think it was in one of those others like skate and destroy. As for the small stuff your right slims stuff was good until he got real big in my opinion. Yeah it was kinda lame but some of his stuff is funny.

He was also in THUG2 on a Handsome Boy song.
Del and Aesop might not be huge but they're actually really well known. Del's in Hiero and that group has some attention, plus almost everyone I knew had a copy of the Deltron 3030 album. Aesop's still pretty small but I think he was on the Wake Up Show once.
MF Doom has been getting more attention lately too. I remember when I was at Coachella 2004, and when I was leaving, even five miles away, I could still hear his beats. :(
