Pomegranate juice isn't glorified cranberry juice, it has like twice as much antioxidants. Pomegranate juice has more antioxidants than anything I can think of, except maybe Roibos tea.
Antioxidants help to prevent cancer and other problems by eliminating free radicals. What are free radicals? The shit in that bigmac you ate that your body can't digest properly.. yea.

lol. it's just simple scientific fact. Our body needs food to regenerate the millions of dying cells a day, hence the expression, "You are what you eat". That's why when you eat bigmacs which aren't natural and you rbody isn't designed to break down properly, there's pieces left over which accumulate into cancer.
