i asked my little brother about if they blocked it in his high school. He says, i-mockery was banned for "Hate Talk", im not sure about the message boards though.

at my school I couldnt access the site from certain computers because the topic was "entertainment" :(
And on the computer I could access it on, I got banned for playing Domo-Kun. :( :(
