I read the book in a few hours. Not quite as good as the others, but I think this one could have been made longer to add more action. The background information on Voldemort is interesting, though.

Dumbledore's death is pretty cliche, though. Anyone who's read Song of Ice and Fire can tell a real death from a not-so-real death. I'd be willing to bet money that he faked his death and it was just an act to get Snape even deeper undercover. :O

They used to just change the words so americans could understand the british dialects, but they stopped doing that. Odd that they would change more things.

The picture in his office means he's dead though. I think Sirius will come back before Dumbledore. Though he might be using that method that he described to Malfoy where he wants everyone to think he is dead, I doubt he would want that since the death eaters were under the impression that he was protecting the students. I thought this was one of the more interesting plot twists, and I think it should stick.

i finally finished this last night. (i'm lucky to get in ten minutes of focused reading time at a time with kids and work and stuff. :P) there wasn't as much action as in most of the others, but i agree that the background on voldemort was grand. and the whole idea of horcruxes is interesting. even if dumbledore is really dead--which i hope is not true, i think snape sent him flying with that death curse because dumbledore had begged him to. and who is RAB?
