Anyone else ever try this? My friend who works in a liquor store gave it to me for my 21st birthday, and I still have some left. It's 92° spiced rum, but it's amazingly smooth and doesn't taste like ass like most rum.

My sister used to live in the Caribbean (Grenada, Trinidad, St. Vincent), and she always brought back wax-sealed super rum aged since Blackbeard's funeral or whatever. Apart from Jack Iron, a 140° bottle of joy, none of her stuff came close to the goodness of Sailor Jerry, which comes from the Virgin Islands.

sailor jerry was actually what we were drinking on my 21st birthday. it was some excellent shit :o
