This game looks Gorgeus, it's made by the same people who did Ico. The game revolves completely around boss battles, there are no dungeons or smaller enemes to fight. You just run around a massive world finding giant collosus and killing them. From the video of gameplay I've seen the game looks like a moving masterpeice, seriously I dont think I've ever seen a game look as beautiful as this, I can't wait until it comes out.

I actually wasn't too interested in this game at first, but then I heard more about it and it looks incredible. I never played Ico (I hate excort missions, so a whole game around that didn't appeal to me)

I'll definitely rent this when it comes out, maybe even buy.

I agree with escort missions, but Ico is just different enough to not qualify. Once in a while, you'll face shadowy demons, but they're quickly defeated. They're like a more active version of the puzzles you experience in the game, than any sort of major threat. Same goes for leading Yorda around.

In other words, you can buy the game brand new for $15 or less. Even if you THINK you won't like it, just buy it if you can.

This is the reason I really disliked Ico when I first played it.

But that was years ago and I bought it recently for $5, so I'm giving it another shot...

Yea the trailor made it seem like you killed every colossus by stabing it in a smoking hole on its head.

Each one has a different weakness, and a different way to expose that weekness.

The previews you'd seen only showed one enemy, who could be beaten by stabbing them in the head. I suppose you weren't clued in by the colussus looking exactly alike in each preview, huh?

The screenshots have the smoking hole in the head too. And the trailor shows 2 if im not mistaken. Looked like 2 to me. I dunno though, I guess I wouldn't have as much experience as James in differenciating the features of inanimate humanoids. ;) ehhh? ;) ;) ehhhhhhh??
