Apparently, George Stephanopolis on his Sunday show tod George Will he had sources that said when Fitzgerald made his case in the Valerie Plame leak/outing case, he will give evidence that while the major players were Rove and Scooter Libby, the decision to leak and who was to do iwas made by... BUSH and CHENNEY.
