State police spokesman Cpl. Jeff Oldham and neighbors said people noticed the body at breakfast time Wednesday but dismissed it as a holiday prank. Authorities were called to the scene more than three hours later.

A woman hung herself, and everyone just thought it was a halloween decoration. It's hilarious in a very morbid sense.

This is what you get for hanging yourself on halloween. I hope this is what she had in mind. If so, it's a brilliant exit and I hope when my time comes I have the courage to do something similar. If not, its very, very very sad.
