A while back I had cracked my tooth in half on a dorito and I hatd to go get the tooth filled. Well, my dentist fucked up and hit a nerver or something, so now I gotta get root canal :( I got most of it done last week, the cleaning out and temporary filling. But I still have to go back and get it cleaned out again and the permanent feeling put in :(
This sucks :(

I've had about 9 or 10 root canals in my life.
I had about half a dozen done when I was 2-years-old.
I've had so many fillings that I can't even attempt to make an estimate as to how many I've had, but my teeth aren't that far from looking like Jaws from the James Bond movies teeth.
I had to give up soda with sugar, and then I had to give up all carbonated sodas. Pretty much the only thing I can drink anymore is Diet Iced Tea.
And I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled a week ago today.

daaamn. I was blessed with strong teeth, or something. I did have to get various kinds of braces, but very few cavities over the course of my life (and four teeth pulled to make room so the rest of em wouldn't grow crooked). And now I only have to get one of my three wisdom teeth (yes, I have an uneven amount of wisdom teeth) pulled.
I also chew more xylitol-based gum than is humanly possible. 8-)

My little brother drinks at least 5 or 6 cans of soda a day, in addition to all the candy he eats, and he has never had a cavity.

No cavities, no braces, no retainers, no root canals, no crowns, no fillings, and practically all my baby teeth had to be pulled because they were too strong to be forced out by my adult teeth.
AND I THANK THE YEARS AND YEARS OF DRINKING MILK. IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF MILK. >:
Or...something else...I don't know. :(

I've never had a root canal, or a cavity or any crazy teeth operations besides my braces.
Oh, and between the ages of 12-14 I brushed my teeth a total of 4 times. And I don't think I drank any milk then, either. Or water, I DRANK PURE SODA!
I win. But I have bad parents :(

I had a root canal in 3rd grade. Operation took 2 appointments the cavity in the tooth was bad enough that they were only able to save a very small portion of the tooth which they put a crown over. The crown was later removed so they could do some other operation, and in fact they have yet to replace it with another one yet, I have to wait til april 10th for that joyful experience. :(
